Oh heyyy girl! This momma kills it. After joining us during our 2018 Sleigh The Holiday Challenge (and dropping 8 lbs!), Aubrey has become such a huge part of the LSF community. She reminds us how important carving out “me time” is, regardless of how busy we are. You have to keep you own cup full to be able to share with the ones you love, and this babe is an amazing example of that! How long have you been part of Team LSF?
I joined Team LSF in during the Sleigh The Holiday Challenge in November 2018. It was truly one of the best decisions I’ve made as it kept me focused on my goals during a time that I typically gain a TON of weight and go off the rails with my diet and exercise routine.
What’s your favorite workout video of Katie’s?
My FAVE video is Katie’s 7-minute Cellulite Reducing Workout. That’s where I love to feel the burn and Katie really brings it!!
What is your go-to LSF recipe?
The Blueberry Coconut Pancakes from the Guiltless Nutrition Guide. OMG, they are so heavenly. It’s so wonderful to have pancakes I can feel good about eating, but also feeding to my 5 year old daughter!
What is the hardest part of working out for you?
The hardest part about working out is carving out the “me” time! Sometimes it feels selfish to devote a part of the day only to myself, especially as a stay-at-home mom. However, when I take the time and work on improving myself, I am taking steps toward becoming my best self. Then, I’m able to be the the best wife & mother I can be!
What is your problem zone?
Definitely my back and love handle area. I am working on strengthening & leaning out these areas daily, but they don’t wanna give in. 🤣
Do you have the LSF guides?
I have the Hot Body Meal Plan and Guiltless Nutrition Guide. I absolutely love the variety of healthy food choices, delicious meals that are practical, and I don’t have to go to specialty shops to buy the ingredients!
What made you decide to get the guides?
I love Katie’s approach to nutrition. Watching her YouTube videos talking about her weight loss transformation made me want to get the guides, especially since I could identify with her trying out EVERY diet under the sun. I love the balanced approach Katie takes and, most importantly, it’s sustainable!
What is your best advice for other girls trying to start up a fitness routine?
Believe in yourself and have confidence! Don’t give up if you don’t see the scale move, just keep eating on plan and doing your workouts consistently. Your body WILL change. Take pictures and measurements, and reach out to other gals on Team LSF! Having the support of the community is awesome!
What keeps you motivated?
I love following fitness accounts like Katie’s on IG. Seeing these fit girls putting in the work every single day helps motivate me to continue on my journey.
Anything else you want to share with the LSF community?
I have gotten so motivated on my journey that I’ve decided to do a transformation show in Arizona next month. I’m gonna get on stage and strut my stuff! I’m so thankful for the LSF community for motivating and encouraging me, and making me believe in myself that I can do anything I want to do!!
